My name is Jess and I am flovia's creative director and VIBE check queen !

I bloomed my way into the wild world of flowers and event styling six years ago and have never loved it more!!!
The creative in me stems from my background in interior design followed by many years as a fashion stylist.

I am blessed to be a mum of two beautiful girls Florence Italia + Vienna Rose . Obsessed with them is an understatement. They are my world and I am so proud to call them my own. When I am not flowering and styling I am chasing them around the house and everywhere in between ! In my next life I'll be in the world of birthing and babies ... its my second passion and love.

I am married to the most beautiful italian man Deano, who you can all thank for alot of the tactical rigging of our installations ... and you can thank me for the show later 

Family is everything to me ... la famiglia è tutto !! 

I LOVE a good pizza and pasta ... and always have to order everything off the menu with a side of vino or if im feeling spicy a gin and tonic with a slice of orange.

Music is a must ... ALWAYS down for a boogie on the d floor .. talk 80's to me.

I'm a bit of a nerd and run my life old school with a paperback diary and a wall hung calendar.

I meet clients face to face rather than via zoom and I keep all the cut out's from papers and magazines of our events rather than downloading the article online.

Im super loud and straight down the line but have a heart that will smother you with love.

I don't take myself to seriously and love a good laugh ; the kinds of laughs where your in that much hysterics no sound comes out.

My love for all things wild and bold sparked the passion in me today for curating and crafting incredibly personal and beyond comparable events.

I started FLOVIA because I'm not for the "cookie cutter " repeat designs that are so heavily flooding the events industry.

I longed for events and weddings that showcased true personality and a unique panache. My vibe is to create celebrations that authentically represent the individuals involved, offering a fresh and genuine perspective on what weddings, brand launches, and corporate gatherings could be.

I sought to challenge the industry and notion that traditional or timeless was not the only path available.

I came into the flowering and event styling world with absolutely no regard for " how things should be ".
Im so excited and so grateful to be part of the wild flower movement exploding throughout the industry.
